Delivery
  • Delivery of goods will take 15 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of full payment.
  • Out station orders will take 30 days from order confirmation and receipt of full payment.
  • Any change of delivery date, address or telephone number must be received in writing and called in to our delivery department (before midnight) a week before the specified delivery date.
  • It is entirely your responsibility that the furniture dimensions allow for easy delivery through doorways, passageways, stairways or any other way as you deem fit, and will fit into the living space of your choice.
  • The Customer agrees to be available to receive the product from the carrier at the time of delivery, and represent that the delivery address provided is accessible to trucks and delivery companies.
  • If you authorize the product to be delivered in your absence or without your inspection, you automatically represent that the product is received in good condition and will void all rights to returns, claims and insurance.
  • Futur Décor is responsible for making payments to its truckers directly and will be billed at the time of placing the order unless otherwise mutually agreed. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the truckers at the time of delivery or at any other time.

Warranty
  • Duration of Warranty
    Each warranty lasts for a period of a year stated against each product, starting from the date of purchase.
  • What will be done to correct the problem?
    Futur Décor will examine the product and decide if it is covered under this warranty. Futur Décor will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. In these cases, Futur Décor will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel for repair staff that Futur Décor incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without Futur Décor incurring additional expenditure to gain access. This will not apply in cases where repair work has not been authorized by Futur Décor. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of Futur Décor.
  • Exclusions
    The warranties do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranties do not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. The warranties are to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. They are not transferable.
  • Care instructions
    To be able to claim this warranty you need to follow the specific care instructions for every product.
  • Conditions for the Warranties
    The warranties are valid from the date of purchase and the original purchase receipt is required as a proof of purchase
