Each warranty lasts for a period of a year stated against each product,
starting from the date of purchase.
What will be done to correct the problem?
Futur Décor will examine the product and decide if it is covered under this warranty.
Futur Décor will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or
replace it with the same or a comparable product. In these cases, Futur Décor
will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour, and travel for
repair staff that Futur Décor incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair
without Futur Décor incurring additional expenditure to gain access. This will not apply in
cases where repair work has not been authorised by Futur Décor.
Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of Futur Décor.
The warranties do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly,
used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or
wrong cleaning products. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches,
or damage caused by impact or accidents. The warranties do not apply if products have been placed
outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes
(unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
The warranties are to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. They are not transferable.
To be able to claim this warranty, you need to follow the specific
care instructions for every product.
Conditions for the Warranties
The warranties are valid from the date of purchase and the
original purchase receipt is required as a proof of purchase.
